Duties: playing, going on walks, putting down for nap, helping on the potty (toddler is potty-trained), toddler-related tidying and light toddler meal assembly/prep (e.g. heating up leftovers, making oatmeal, prepping fruit).
No driving required, but probably need car to get here.
Other points: one parent will be WFH in a separate room.
Older kids (9, 7) will mostly be in school, but we'd ask for keeping an eye on them if they're out of school.

Our wonderful nanny just put in her 3 week notice to pursue full-time work with her dream job.
We are now seeking exceptional care for our six month old daughter.
We are looking for someone to engage in thoughtful play and outdoor time while we work from home. There is plenty of room to spread out - our daughter has her own floor of the house!
We like Montessori, Respectful Parenting, and Positive Parenting and would expect the nanny to familiarize themselves and practice those principles.
We currently need coverage Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30-3:30, but are flexible for coverage Tuesday-Thursday.
There is also high possibility that I will be returning to full-time work by February or March of 2022. There is room to grow / take on more hours, but no pressure to do so.
In addition to childcare we would ask this person to take care of light housekeeping while baby naps such as dishes, baby laundry, sweeping/swiffering, and wiping down surfaces :)
Thanks for considering us!
