A little bit about us
The babies will be approximately 3.5 months and 7.5 months old when the position begins. We are looking for care 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, and hope to find someone who will be with our families long-term.
Our ideal nanny:
• Has significant experience caring for infants, ideally including experience caring for two babies at once
• Is warm, nurturing, dependable and genuinely enjoys working with babies
• Is knowledgeable about infant development, age-appropriate activities, feeding and nap schedules
• Is infant CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified
• Can provide strong references from previous families
• Has reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Is comfortable taking the babies on walks and, as they get older, age-appropriate outings
• Is comfortable with light baby-related tasks during the day (bottles, baby laundry, tidying play/feeding areas, etc.)
• Is a non-smoker
Both families live within the same neighborhood, and care would take place in our homes. We’re looking for someone who will feel like a trusted extension of both families and provide a loving, engaging and consistent environment for the babies as they grow.
This will be a guaranteed full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. We are happy to discuss schedule, compensation, PTO/holidays and other details with interested candidates.
Thank you!

A little bit about us
No smokers, must be vaccinated, must know how to swim, and has a safe car to transport baby if needed. Must speak English and have experience with babies less than 6 months. Hours would be 8am until we get home from work, 5 days a week, at our residence. No other children or nanny-share. Light housework to keep the main area tidy or cooking the evening meal is a plus.
Expectations are beyond providing childcare while we are at work. We want somebody focused on helping our baby boy learn and achieve development milestones. This would include walks around the neighborhood/ nearby park, playdates, reading, learning activities, teaching to crawl/walk, potty training and others. Limited exposure to screen time is desired.
Possible perks may include use of our pool, home gym, and incentives for goals met.
