The responsibilities include keeping Phoebe happy and safe with activities, making her lunch and snacks, putting her down for her nap, and taking her to occasional activities outside the house. We'd also appreciate light housework (tidying up as needed, loading/unloading the dishwasher, vacuuming, feeding the cat). Phoebe is very sweet, but she is a little reserved and we'd like to ease in to the transition to get her used to a nanny. So, we might have a week or two of part time work before we begin full time.
My husband and I will both be working at Los Alamos. Evan will be working from home MWF, but on Tuesdays/Thursdays we may need a little extra coverage for commute time.

Our boy loves outdoors/running, music (it’s how he communicates best right now), and has such a pleasant attitude. He has been diagnosed with autism. He has no noise sensitivities, no major texture sensitivities, and no major tantrums outside of the typical 2 yo - his main delay is speech.
Looking for someone trustworthy with safety top of mind. Also needs to have a reliable car that can handle about a mile of a rural/elevated road.
Our sweet almost 3yo is such a happy guy and goes to bed at 7. Once we decide we/he likes someone, we really like to work with that person repeatedly so looking for a long term commitment.
