Key Responsibilities
Childcare (Primary Focus):
• Full care for our 4-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter during work hours
• School drop-offs and pick-ups
—arranging playdates and daytime activities when not in school
• Engaging educational activities, play-based learning, and age-appropriate enrichment at home
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children
• Children’s laundry and keeping their spaces organized
Light Household Management (during school hours or nap time):
• Occasional grocery pick-ups
• Organizing children’s activities, schedules, and supplies
• Light cooking (primarily for the children)
• General support to keep the household running smoothly
Requirements
• Previous professional nanny or childcare experience (references required)
• Passion for working with toddlers and preschoolers
• Reliable transportation — must have your own car and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically able to keep up with active young children
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• Trustworthy, punctual, organized, and proactive
• Background check and payroll preferred

We are looking for a developmentally-focused full-time nanny who is excited to plan and coordinate enriching activities with our one-year-old. The nanny will also be responsible for school pick-up for our son, help him transition to home, and be available to support him with toileting, snacks, etc. during his after-school therapies (he is on the spectrum but not severely impacted) and play with him on days when his therapists call out.
