Expecting baby boy in January 2023. Currently scoping out different resources and sites to eventually find a nanny share next year for when baby is 6 mos or 8 mos old. Summer start date will depend on whether I am able to get additional leave or not. Currently, we are both remote and WFH. She is transitioning away from naps, so some days she is sleepy, mostly she fights it but she does often fall asleep in the car, lol.
