A little bit about us
You are…
Proponent of play > screen time
Creative and curious, finding ways to make adventures out of the mundane
Proactive and excellent communicator both with kids and parents
Experience in childhood development and helping kids regulate emotions
Strikes a balance between building great, trusted relationships with kids and establishing authority with consistent follow through
Punctual and reliable during committed hours
Interested in a long term partnership with consistent guaranteed hours
Hours are Mon-Fri 6:30am-6:30pm with 60 guaranteed hours per week (includes 5 hrs of break). Responsibilities: Getting kids ready/fed/dressed and driven to school, baby care on his non school days, groceries, weekday family dinners, kids and kitchen laundry, tidying in high frequented kid spaces. When the baby is able to withstand the car more, our nanny might take the car for a professional car wash or run an errand. We will adapt our expectations to ensure the kids come first. We will have a housekeeper that comes once weekly (Saturdays) for a deep clean but we need our nanny to help us keep the home relatively tidy.
These are our core values which we imperfectly practice on the daily. 1) Integrity: We are honest, consistent and set the bar high. 2) Family: We show up for and believe in our community, an extension of our Family. 3) Curiosity & Adventure: We are lifelong learners, optimistic about what's around the corner. 4) Hard Work and Resilience: The path may change or feel daunting, but we never give up. 5) Kindness: Empathy is generosity in action, especially when it's inconvenient.

A little bit about us
We would like someone to help with the baby and toddler for the most part. The older kids can be instructed and they pretty much take care of themselves.
We would like someone that could pickup and drop off kids at camps or school when necessary. Also someone that can help get kids lunch or dinner.
We would like someone that can have flexible hours and would be willing to work on weekends when events come up or for business dinners during the week.
Tripp is the baby 8 weeks old today. Avielle is the youngest girl at 15 months old. Palin is our big girl at 7 years old and she’s very smart. She attends Merrol Hyde Magnet School and loves playing sports. She also loves to help around the house and play with her little sister. Ethan is our 12 hr old boy and he’s an over achiever. He wants to please everyone and he strives for recognition. He will help with anything we ask him to do and he is so polite . Colin is our oldest at 14. He loves basketball and playing with his friends. He needs some direction but is capable of doing so much to help with the younger kids.
