A little bit about us
We are seeking care for our two youngest boys, 6 months and 18months. They are the greatest joy and wonderful friends already! Hoping to find someone who is interested in a long-term position, to create connection, consistency, and trust for our babies.
Hours will vary and will be based off my work schedule, but generally will be 7a-2p or 12p-6p. (Also hoping to find someone who will provide 1-2 evening or weekend shifts a month so my husband and I can have a date night/day). Happy to provide a minimum hour guarantee if requested! Pay will be commiserate to experience and education. Long-term candidates would also receive allotted amount of PTO per calendar year and mileage reimbursement for travel to and from activities.
Our ideal candidate would like to get outside with the boys! We live in a great community with a resort style pool, walking trails, and playground- so there are a lot of outdoor opportunities! Additionally, happy to provide a surplus of art supplies and crafting items for daily activities!
