I believe one of the most important aspects of being a nanny is exposing children to diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. By introducing them to a variety of environments, cultures, and opportunities, I aim to support their development into well-rounded, open-minded individuals. My experience with special needs children...
I have helped care for two of my young cousins, both of whom are autistic, on multiple occasions. This experience has deepened my ability to provide patient, attentive, and supportive supervision tailored to individual needs. It has also strengthened my communication skills and my ability to create an inclusive, understanding environment for children of all abilities.
