The most important part about being a nanny is getting to know the kids when you start working with the family but also being patient and definitely being very careful with the kids and just always having your eye on them, and also being so gentle and sweet to kids.
My experience with special needs children...
When i was working with my neighbor she has a little boy with autism , he wouldn’t be able to talk or express himself and whenever he would want something he would pull my hand and just point at the thing he wanted or if he wanted to play in the backyard, he would pull me to the door, he is the sweetest little boy, he also wouldn’t be able to understand what we would say but if we kept on repeating it he would understand
The most important part about being a nanny...
my favorite nanny moment is when i would go to my neighbors house the two little boys would already recognize me and would smile and hug me! :) literally the best thing ever and also simply knowing that they can trust me .
