I volunteered my Fridays and Saturdays to co-host tennis tournaments for 30+ kids ages 5 - 16. I refereed when they needed me to, I serviced snacks, helped with scoring, etc.

A three-year-old little boy wanted me to read HARRY POTTER to him as a bedtime story... I knew I was doomed from there hahaha.
So I picked up where his parents left off and I pronounced a character's name wrong and he stopped me and goes "No, No Ms. Ashleigh, I'm sorry but that's not how you say it." Then he gave me a lesson on how to say the character's name, I tried again and he said "Actually, that's okay, no more for tonight..."
It's still so funny to me to this day. I love that kid.
