Memories! Making moments that become core memories. I once worked with a family whose kids struggled getting along sometimes (like most siblings do). I implemented the “compliment sandwich” to help them communicate with each other. They still talk about “compliment sandwiches” to this day and mention how it still helps them. 🥰
