The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important factor of being a reliable nanny to me is safety and comfort. If the child isn't safe or comfortable then fun and learning cant take place in my book. Strong & honest communication also ties into all of the above!

I was caring for three girls, we were outside sledding on one of there snow days. The energy and laughter was at an all time high that day. One of the older sisters built a jump out of snow and requested that I use it. Upon that request I shot off the jump and face planted in the snow, the girls were laughing so hard that one of them actually peed there pants (10 years old). Id have to say that was the most funny and memorable moment I've had while Nannying.
