A little bit about me

Hi, I'm brooklyn, I’ve been babysitting for a while now just for family members and also for 10 families in the past (almost) year, I have/do also care for extended family members during family events out of my own free will because that's how much I love to care for/ hangout with kids. I have taken care of all kids ages from infant-10 years old, I can take care of at least 3 or 4 kids at a time. I’m loving, caring, responsible, patient, punctual and reliable. I love to do any activity that the kids would want to do, I’m willing to drive anywhere whether it’s picking the kids up for school or going to have fun at parks or museums or just anything they think would be fun. I love making kids happy and feeling like they can have fun with being around someone new. I currently do have an afternoon job on Wednesdays from 3-6 and Fridays from 1-3/6 it switches every week

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am a nursery leader in my ward on Sundays, so I am with kids pretty much every day of the week except Saturdays, although that doesn't mean I'm not willing to work a Saturday.
I have also babysat about 4 or 5 years ago for some members in my ward along with family members at random times up until now.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going places like the park or museums or anywhere your kids might think is fun, I also love playing indoors with toys and playing make believe. I’ll do pretty much anything that could make your kids happy until the parent/ guardians get home

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part is the fact that I get to help out other people and make their lives easier by watching their kids. I love being able to spend time with little kids every day, especially since every day it's something new. Kids have such an amazing imagination and the fact that I can learn and be a part of that imagination with them while having fun makes my day feel so much better!

My experience with special needs children...

I have and autistic older brother that I would have to watch every once in a while, I have dated someone with a special needs kid, I didn't take care of her but I did learn how to help out while I was around her if needed. Also, my husband does have a little stepbrother who has a medical condition that makes his life hard, and even though he lives in Texas I still get to learn new things about him often.
