I haven't done any paid childcare before, but I do have experience in dealing with difficult kids as I was the only one with the patience necessary to not give up on them. I also beleive they deserve immense patience as they are only starting out their lives and have a lot to learn. As a nanny I do not believe in punishing kids as that is the responsibility of the parents and every parent has a different parenting style.
