I am working towards my personal trainer license through the National Academy of Sports Medicine organization. I enjoy deep cleaning, cooking, being active indoors or outdoors, I love to have fun with children or help them acknowledge their mistakes or work on homework/chore tasks. I love animals. I am also a nurse aide so changing diapers or helping children get dressed/showered is not a challenge for me. I have worked with older adults, geriatrics, and disabled ages from 20-84. I am able to adapt to instructions asked of me and I do not mind doing hard work.
