Definitely communication keeping parents involved in the day to day action with any questions or concerns I may have throughout the day or just to update, also maintaining a strong relationship with the parents reminding myself I'm their to relive them and make their family struggles easier!

A funny moment as nanny was taking one of my kids to dollar tree and him telling everyone "this is faith my babysitter she has a cool car" to the register to the costumer to everyone i was so embarrassed but it was too cute and everyone thought he was silly a warm moment to look on to remind me why I love what I do!
