My experience with special needs children...
The family I worked with before had a child with DS. But it was such a good experience learning and working with a child with DS (Down Syndrome), it has taught me a lot and I’m super grateful to have gotten the experience to work with such an amazing child. Helping learn how to walk, use sign language also teach words verbally. One on one time for therapy sessions etc.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I took the children to the llama farm, we got to walk and feed the llama’s. Also took the children to the apple orchard being able to watch the children run around picking apples was a very joyful moment.
