Small hikes and walks about town. Beach days are my favorite. Playing plenty of music. Learning activities and coloring. I’ve recently started teaching my son yoga and breathing exercises, they’ve helped us both regulate through the “terrible twos” stage. I’m all about regulating and understanding emotions, I feel like it’s a very important part of child development that not many deep dive into.

My youngest sister, Miss Ava. She has Down Syndrome and let me tell you, she is sass and she is spunk. She’ll always tell you what’s on her mind. She’s a tough cookie, sweet, caring and brave.
