The most important part about being a nanny...
Teaching them how to be the best they can be through showing them. I think it’s really important to talk to children about their feelings and wants, and figuring out how to navigate those feelings with them. It won’t do any good for them to see their leader losing their cool or dismissing their feelings.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a sister my age with Down Syndrome and a brother ten years younger than me with autism, so I am very experienced with people with special needs.
