Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I got introduced to childcare at 10.I started babysitting in my hometown at 12,for 3 different families.After that it took off from there and it's definitely a passion that takes a great amount of patience and nurturing put it's so rewarding!
I do not have any kids,but I have 4 younger siblings.My mom ended up having twins when I was 12.I wanted to learn & know more about childcare,I took early childhood and psychology classes and things like that to get a better understanding. I then volunteered at a few different daycares & it was the best experience I want to one day open my own in-home secured daycare
It's really all about understanding. A lot of people say that lol but it's just me ,it's natural to be nurturing and understanding. I grew up basically going to a daycare my mom worked at and for years I watched my mom. I didn't understand how she could handle it all, but once I got older it was the same for me!
