A little bit about me

My name is Jenny, and I’m a biochem grad from VT with two minors in chem and Spanish. I moved here to start dental school at UoL! I can provide my own transportation, and I am willing to drive kids to activities. I've worked with a variety of age groups through my extracurriculars, which include, peer tutoring class (kindergarten class) and volunteered at Springfield Academy (2-5 year olds). Throughout college, I volunteered as a reading mentor with preschoolers. I also worked with 5th graders through my biochemistry club, where we conducted science club every week. I was the education chair of VT's Global Medical Brigades; this position allows me to interact with kids and plan/coordinate events and activities. At my previous job, I worked at a pediatric dental office, where I worked with kids as young as 18 mons to high school aged individuals. Additionally, I worked a whole gap year being a pod tutor/nanny to a group of four fourth graders. I am very outgoing, patient, and caring!
