Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a summer camp counselor at a Montessori School I attended back in Texas for three years. I attended this school from the age of 3 to 12, and absolutely loved it. My Aunt is also a Montessori teacher for younger children ages 1 to 3 and my sister also worked with children of all ages at Montessori. That being said I come from a very Montessori oriented background.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love arts and crafts of all sorts like knitting, crocheting, coloring, painting, collaging, drawing, and sculpting. I also love being outdoors so I love playing games that involve any sort of physical activity. I am very active in my personal life so I am very open to anything!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I feel the most important part is making the child(ren) feel safe and heard when their parents aren't around with them. I was a very anxious and clingy child growing up and hated being away from my mom. It’s always my goal to make the environment feel safe and fun so a child won’t feel the same anxiety I used to carry

The most important part about being a nanny...
For two girls I used to babysit, I was once a judge to a dance competition/model runway walk and it was the most fun and silly experience. There were costumes, choreography, and even some acting in the mix and it was overall a very lively night. They got to show their parents and repeat the whole experience again which was just as fun as the first time around.
