I have volunteered with children with special needs for over 8 years. Although I have never nannied for a child with extra needs, I would be comfortable taking on the responsibility.

My favorite part of being a nanny is creating lasting bonds with the children and parents. I still keep in contact with my old nanny families, and will watch the children when I am back in town.
