Being a nanny is a super important job, you are there for someone’s child when the parent cannot be. Making sure to be on the same game plan as mom and dad make it super easy taking care of their baby, makes the parents more comfortable as well. Also being trustworthy and reliable plays a really big part when you are nannying for a family.
