More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been everything from summer camp counselor to lead position at an after school care facility. I grew up with younger siblings, I have had weekend nanny jobs, live in nanny jobs, overnight jobs, and last minute babysitting jobs!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Outdoor activities include bike riding, scooters, roller blading, hiking, walks, sidewalk chalk, exploring nature, swimming, anything sport related, zoos, water parks, taking dogs on walks, anything that’s age appropriate.
Indoor activities would include games, board games, baking, museums, movie theaters, plays, aquariums, puzzles, making music, and anything else that the kids would enjoy!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being able to give the kids a safe place. Being that person that the kids can rely on you for anything and everything. I want to make the parent lives easier by going the extra mile and doing that extra cleaning job or running an errand. Being a part of their family is important to me!

My experience with special needs children...

Working with hundreds of kids over the years of being in summer camps and after school care, I have had experience with kids having mild autism, ADD, ADHD, and allergies/gluten free.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have a couple girls from my summer camp position that I would take out every couple months and we would have “girls day”. They got to pick the activity and lunch for the day and they always had a blast.
