I love to be a kid at heart! I enjoy getting outside, walking to the park, playing at indoor playgrounds, and staying busy! I am a busy body and don't like to be in the same place for too long.

The most important part about being a nanny...

HAVING FUN! I enjoy fun, laughs, and memories. I want them to have a great time and to WANT to be with me. Not feel like they HAVE to be with me! Working parents shouldn't have to feel guilty and it is my goal to make sure the children feel loved and have fun just as they would with their parents!

My experience with special needs children...

As a pediatric nurse, a majority of the population I served were children with extra needs! My experience is a wide range from ASD to trach/vent/GT dependent. I have the ability to connect and interact with children of all abilities. I love to teach them and communicate with them in their own way!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I nannied for a family with a baby girl from the time she was 8 weeks old to 2 years old. Once she was out 10 months old... every time mom or dad came home, she would cry because she knew that meant I was leaving. Although as a working parent, it can be upsetting- that mom always reassured me that she felt great knowing her child was sad to see me go and not sad to see me arrive.
