The most important part about being a nanny...

I think that understanding the kids wants and needs is the most important part. It is good to let them have fun, but it is okay to put healthy boundaries.

My experience with special needs children...

I grew up helping to care for, play with, and handle them during certain points. My dad owned a business for special needs kids and we also served at church to watch them during service. I know how to play with but also how to be cautious around special needs kids.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I was with 3 little girls and we were coloring while eating mac and cheese and talking about barbies.
