"We were so lucky to have found Natalie to care for our son. She is extremely energetic, patient, calm, loving and hardworking. I am easily exhausted by my toddler (who never stops moving) but Natalie handled him with ease and grace. During naps, she cleaned our house top to bottom, making it the cleanest and most organized it’s ever been. Over our 7 months with her, she’s never missed a day, called in sick, or been late. She’s truly a gem and we will miss her. We are only parting ways due to a change in our work and family situation."
