More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked as a ECE Teacher, Daycamp counselor, nanny, director of a playgroup, pod director/teacher (during the pandemic of [phone number hidden]), babysitter and I am a mother of a 20 year old.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy taking children out into the natural world and discovering ¨new¨ things with them as they grow and explore. I also enjoy helping them to help them self as they grow. I believe given the opportunities to do so children can do a lot more than they are sometimes allowed to do. I will encourage your child to do it them self and afford them the opportunities to prove that they can do things on their own.
The most important part about being a nanny...
First and foremost it important that I keep the child/children in my charge safe and I will do that. I am a hands on nanny that will support the children at the playground as they climb a new structure or learn how to pump on the swings. Childrens´ minds at this stage (early childhood 0-5 years) are sponges for knowledge and so they must be afforded the opportunities to learn as much as they can. This really is the slice of life for me.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with a few children as a shadow and am familiar with children with impulse control issues, children on the spectrum, children with CP and severe allergies.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I was exposing my charge to fresh fruits and vegetables from the farmers market and my 18 month old saw a strawberry and said ¨eyes?¨. That thought reminds me that young children are seeing this world through a new lens and need to be understood and celebrated for this new way of thinking. Of course, I gently told the toddler that the ¨eyes¨ were, in fact seeds, but I could see how one might think that they were eyes.

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in San Francisco, CA: Gabby T.
I’m 19 years old and currently attend the University of Arizona online, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I’ve always loved being around kids and really enjoy taking care of them and making sure they’re safe, happy, and having fun. I have experience working with kids ages 5–10 through San Francisco Recreation and Parks summer camps, where I spent my days supervising campers, playing games, doing activities, and helping out with field trips. I’m a very caring, patient, responsible, and outgoing person. I love getting to know kids and their different personalities, and I’m always happy to play, help with activities, or just be someone they feel comfortable around. I’m really interested in nannying because I genuinely enjoy working with kids and would love to help out a family while doing something I enjoy.

Part-Time Nanny Available in San Francisco, CA: Elizabeth P.
Hi! My name is Elizabeth, and I am a 21 year-old student with flexible schedule. I have four years of experience working with children and two years of direct nanny experience. I am an active, patient, and a tentative caregiver who enjoys creating a safe, fun and engaging environment for all children. I’m comfortable caring for both younger and older children. With older children I can keep up with active play learning activities and daily routines. With younger children. I am tentative to basic needs, safety, comfort and structure. I’m reliable, respectful of household rules, and able to follow parents Instructions while also being confident enough to care for children independently. I enjoy helping children feel supported, entertained and understood. Whether that means playing games, reading, doing creative activities, helping with routines, or simply being a calm and dependent presence.
