And unfortunately, due to a house fire, l once again had to put school on hold. I have done quite a bit of subbing for the schools in our county. My husband and I were licensed therapeutic foster parents for seven years. I also have done childcare in my home off and on for the past 30 years. I have been very blessed to be able to stay at home with my four. But experiencing the empty nest syndrome is horrible! Of course, I am extremely proud of them, I have two on their own and two at home. But that does not take away from the sadness and hole in your heart it leaves. So being around children helps a little to fill the void. I look forward to meeting your family!
