In high school and college, I took several early childhood development courses where I got to work hands on with the children in daycare centers working to teach critical reading skills, math skills, motor development, arts and crafts, and prepped snacks together! Through these courses, I also became CPR certified and First Aid certified!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I have a genuine passion for engaging children in developmentally appropriate, hands-on activities that support learning, creativity, and social-emotional growth. I enjoy reading with children, facilitating Montessori-inspired play, creating chalk art, and leading learning-center activities that encourage exploration and curiosity. I am also experienced in supporting infants through sensory play, tummy time, early literacy exposure, and age-appropriate motor skill development, always prioritizing a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment.
I love incorporating puzzles, arts and crafts, imaginative play, and active games such as tag and hide-and-seek to promote problem-solving, creativity, and physical coordination. Outdoor activities are especially important to me, whether it’s playing soccer, visiting the park, or simply encouraging children to explore nature. I believe in following each child’s interests and using them as a foundation for meaningful, engaging experiences!

Putting the safety of the children before absolutely anything else! That's what nannies are there for! Making sure the kids are safe and enjoying themselves, having fun just being kids!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My absolute favorite nanny moment was when a younger charge of mine, age 4 at the time, had started going to daycare and I was being relieved of the job due to his mom staying home, and he cried as I said my final goodbyes and handed me three drawings, he had made for me and told me how much he would miss singing songs together and eating cheese circles!
