a kiddo was having a meltdown over seemingly nothing and I got him out of his funk by distracting him, finding a new toy (that was hidden in the couch) to perk his interest, and we made up a silly song about kiwis to eat our snack. He still remembers and sings that silly song to this day (over a year later).
