Hi y'all! I just moved to the Celebration, FL area from Atlanta, GA to be a cast member at Disney World! I work on the weekends as a photographer in the parks and I'm looking for something more permanent and full-time on the weekdays! I'd love to find a wonderful family that I click with! I'd describe myself as someone outgoing, bubbly, and fun-loving, but also dependable, loyal, and mature. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I've worked as a nanny and a babysitter for years, all the way back into my own childhood just looking after neighbors kids before they got home from work! Over summers in college I nannied a few families with kids ranging from 4-12, always two kids in the household! I also just got finished spending some time helping my sister with her newborn twins, who just turned 1.5! I helped her around the house, with chores and the kids, for a little under a year until she put the babies in a daycare center and I moved to Florida!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I LOVE the outdoors and running around with kids, kicking a ball, playing capture the flag, and just good natured outdoors fun! But I also love to go inside and slow down, read them a book (if they're the right age), craft, play pretend, etc. I always say I'm like a more matured version of the kids because I love to do all the same things they do! Coloring? Count me in. Pretend cooking while I make lunch? Yes! Making a pile of leaves to jump in? So much fun! They name it, I love it. If they can't think of something to do, I sure will! I'm also love taking kids to different places like playgrounds, or even Disney, if that's something your family is interested in!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part of being a nanny is love. I know, as an English major, that sounds so cliche, but let me explain! I don't just mean love in this abundant and general way, but in that kids need nurturing and grace more than even us adults do (and we need a lot!) Kids are growing and learning at every turn and need us to love them, get to know them, and learn how to properly guide them and give them the grace they need to make mistakes, learn from them, and to allow them to ask for help!
