The most important part about being a nanny...
The care of the child. Children are small humans who feel and live just as adults, just without say so. I feel that in order to be a good nanny you have to be able to genuinely love and care for our future adults.
My experience with special needs children...
I grew up with and brother who was epileptic and attended an elementary school that had blended learning. My best friend in elementary had MS and was wheelchair bound but none the less my absolute favorite!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I can remember teaching my group of two year olds their full names and phone numbers. True highlight to see two year olds calling each other by last name!
