A little bit about us
We are looking for someone who can confidently and independently manage the girls’ day while I work from home. We value someone who takes initiative, plans age-appropriate activities, gets the girls outside, supports learning through play, handles meals/snacks and potty routines, and keeps their spaces tidy throughout the day.
Our girls are affectionate, social, curious, and active. We use limited screen time and prefer outdoor play, books, crafts, imaginative play, music, movement, and simple educational activities. We want someone who is warm and nurturing but also comfortable setting age-appropriate boundaries and handling normal toddler/preschool emotions calmly.
Schedule is approximately 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Typical hours are around:
Monday 8:30–5:00
Tuesday–Thursday 7:30–5:00
Friday 9:00–early afternoon, with some flexibility.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, communicative, non-smoking, has reliable transportation, and has meaningful experience with toddlers/preschoolers. CPR/First Aid is strongly preferred.
We are open to payroll and are looking for someone who could start ASAP. While we initially considered this a shorter-term need, we are very open to a long-term arrangement if it is a great fit for everyone.
Pay: approximately $20–24/hour depending on experience and responsibilities.
If you are someone who enjoys being an active, trusted part of a family and can bring both warmth and structure to the day, we’d love to connect.
