I started babysitting from a young age, and I am also the oldest of four children, so I have had experience helping and looking after kids for the majority of my life. My youngest brother was diagnosed with autism when he was 5, so I have a deeper understanding of how not everyone learns the same or has the same abilities as the next person, but everybody is capable and has a right to express and enjoy themselves in their own way.
