It’s ok to have a little fun, but you must also make sure that your being productive and a little stern. Make sure that you’re able to keep the kids in line, but also show them the definition of fun and creativity.

My favorite nanny moment is when I was watching the two sets of twins that a normally watch and we decided that this particular day that we would carve pumpkins. you should have seen them light up as we were drawing on our pumpkins and carving them and I’ll never forget at the end of our project, they expressed to me how thankful they were that I was their babysitter.
