She was humble, and willing to dig in and learn special medical instructions, breastmilk instructions, and other house management tasks such as baby laundry, dishes, etc. She always listened to our instructions and requests. She was reliable and dependable. You can tell she truly loves children by the love and care she puts into watching them. I would definitely recommend Heron as a nanny."
