Part-Time Nanny Job: The Query Family with 1 Child

A little bit about us

Our family is seeking a caring, experienced and reliable nanny to care for our nine month old daughter starting in December (some flexibility on start date for the right fit). Key responsibilities include:

-Maintaining child’s daily routine, feeding and sleep schedule
-Diaper changing
-Initiating age-appropriate developmental activities, play and outdoor outings
-Tidying of child and kitchen spaces, including managing child’s laundry

Work hours: Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm

Location: Herndon, VA

Pay & Benefits: Paid on the books with taxes withheld with PTO and opportunities for after-hours babysitting on occasion.

This long-term role is ideal for someone active, engaging, has a warm personality and someone who can be a partner to us as parents. Qualifications and requirements include:

-At least 4 years of professional childcare experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Clean background check
-Licensed driver with clean driving record & car
-Ability to provide references upon request
-CPR certified; First Aid trained
-Non-smoker
-Comfortable around 1 cat (no pet care needed)
