A little bit about us

We are looking to hire a part-time educator/nanny to tutor and transport our 10-year-old daughter to and from school and other activities.

The ideal candidate will understand the core competencies of reading, writing, math, and science.

Must have the capacity to create new assignments and help with school work to build and grow her proficiency in the above areas.
- Ability to easily explain new concepts.
- Exhibit a problem-solving attitude that my daughter can turn to if she has questions.
- Understand concepts that assist in her learning development.
You will also be reviewing classroom or curricula topics and assignments. Assisting her with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research and other academic tasks.

Preferably this person has taught in a classroom setting. The goal of this educator is to elevate her academics to as least 6 months in advance of her class.

Schedule:
- Monday-Wednesday 7am-7:30am for School Drop-Off, then 2PM-6PM
- Saturday or Sunday certain weekends between 3:30-6:30

The applicant must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check.

The timeframe will be daytime while we are at work. We are flexible with start/stop times and even can be part time but basically 9-5 M-F. Approximately 30-40 hours per week.
