Experienced Infant Nanny & Mother’s Helper — Coral Gables
We’re a warm, welcoming family seeking a loving, dependable nanny for our baby boy, who will be six months old in December. We hope to build a lasting relationship with someone who feels respected, appreciated, and comfortable in our home.
The position begins December 1, with time in November to work alongside our current baby nurse, learn our son’s routine, and help everyone feel comfortable with the transition.
SCHEDULE
Primarily Monday through Friday, with hours varying by day. A minimum commitment of 35 hours per week is required. We can guarantee 40. Occasionally, we may offer up to 50 hours when extra help is needed. Hours beyond 40 are optional, not guaranteed, and arranged together based on your availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our baby’s safety, happiness, and care come first. Duties include feeding, diaper changes, naps, walks, playtime, developmental activities, and following his daily routine.
All baby-related household care is an essential part of the job, including:
• Washing, folding, and putting away baby laundry.
• Washing bottles and pump parts.
• Preparing baby food as he begins solids.
• Keeping his bedroom, toys, and belongings clean and organized.
• Household tasks during naps, with his needs always taking priority.
We’re looking for someone patient, affectionate, and proactive, with infant-care experience, references, CPR/first aid training, and a nonsmoking lifestyle.
Spanish-speaking applicants are very welcome; fluent English is not required. Mom speaks English and Spanish, and Dad speaks English.

I am a stay at home mom so you would not be watching both alone. I am looking for someone available in the afternoons- 1-6 pm. have some flexibility with the hours. The applicant needs to be very active and comfortable being outside in the summer and going in pool with kids. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and cooking if there is time. We'd love someone who will play with her, go on walks, take her to an occasional music class (there is one in walking distance). Added bonus if able to do laundry (either for baby or entire family), basic cleaning, and cooking during nap or downtimes. My husband and I both work from home in a dedicated room/office. We have two cats that are super friendly and stay out of the way! Our neighborhood is beautiful and safe for walks, with some parks nearby. Some English speaking preferred (we understand and can speak very basic Spanish). If you are able to stay late on occasion for date nights, that would also be wonderful! We live in an apartment building with parking on-site, though having a car is not required.
