We are looking for a caring, dependable, and trustworthy nanny to help care for our two children, ages 2 and 5.
We need childcare approximately 3 times a week and are open to discussing either part-time or full-time arrangements depending on availability. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and can provide a safe, caring, and positive environment.
The ideal nanny would be patient, responsible, attentive, and comfortable keeping young children engaged throughout the day. We value someone who communicates well, is reliable, and treats our children with kindness and respect.

We're first time parents expecting a baby boy in early March 2027, and we're looking for a warm, reliable nanny (or a nanny share arrangement with another family) to help care for him a few days a week.
I work as an event marketing executive and travel often for work. My wife works from home and is online most of the day, though her schedule has busier stretches and quieter ones, so she'll be around but will need a dependable second set of hands. We're hoping to find someone who feels like part of the household rather than just hired help.
Rounding out the family is Dutch, our 2.5 year old dog. He adores kids and loves to play, and he's on a steady daily routine, so he's easy to have around. If you'd be up for a midday walk with him, he'd be thrilled, but it's not a requirement.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The David Family with 1 Child
We are a fun-loving family in Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, with one baby under 3 months old (and small < 20 pound schnoodle dog). We would love to find a nanny who can stay with us for a year or more as we continue to build our life in Boston. We would greatly value someone with 5+ years of experience as a nanny or raising children themselves, particularly with newborns, who can teach us a few parenting tricks along the way. Ideally, candidates bring great energy, ideas to engage and entertain babies through their toddler years, in a way that will help them reach milestones and find joy in every day.
Both Mom & Dad have full time jobs and hours would likely be Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with flexibility to work extended hours (but we’ll provide the additional hours well in advance).
Responsibilities include: napping, feeding, preparing meals, laundry, light housekeeping, planning activities, dog walking 1-2x a day, and occasional errands with kid (picking up groceries).
