I am a full-time working mom looking for a reliable, local babysitter to help fill a few predictable gaps in our schedule. My 4-year-old son goes to daycare full-time, so this is a completely occasional role perfect for someone looking for extra cash without a heavy commitment.
When we need you:
• Daycare Closures: Days when his daycare is closed for holidays or staff training. These will be full 8-to-10-hour shifts. Some days may need to drop off at daycare and pick up from day care
• Rare Weekends: I work one weekend day a month .We would need full-day coverage for that single day.
• Emergency Backup: I prefer to stay home with my son myself if he gets sick, but I need a reliable backup contact just in case an absolute work emergency arises.

• Solid Paychecks: When we use you, you get a full day's worth of hours, not a short 3 or 4-hour shift.
• Low Maintenance: Occasional driving, some pick-ups, and drop-offs

Requirements:
Since this care directly covers my mandatory work shifts, high reliability and excellent communication are absolute musts. Ideally, you live within 5–10 minutes of our neighborhood so travel isn't a hassle.

She is a great napper, wildly communicative & loves heading out in the stroller to local playgrounds & coffee shops. Responsibilities include preparing healthy meals/snacks, children's laundry, tidying kids/common areas & creating a calm, warm environment. We're looking for someone communicative, nurturing, organized, and reliable. We have a magical 5 yo daughter as well, occasional help with pickup/drop off or playground trip with both girls is possible. We've had the same nanny since our oldest was 20 mo.
