Full-Time Nanny Needed – South Tempe, AZ
Start Date: January 4, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: South Tempe, AZ
Child: 1-year-old boy
We are looking for a loving, energetic, and trustworthy full-time nanny to join our family beginning January 4, 2027.
Our son will be just over a year old and is a very active, curious, and happy little boy. He will likely be walking by this time, so we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaging, and excited to keep up with a busy toddler.
My husband and I both work from home but have demanding careers, so we are looking for someone who can confidently take the lead in Royal's daily care, create a fun and nurturing environment, and keep him engaged throughout the day.
Responsibilities Include:
-Providing loving, attentive, and hands-on care
-Planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
-Taking Royal on outings, walks, and to local activities
-Preparing and serving meals and snacks
-Managing his daily routine, including naps and meals
-Reading, playing, and encouraging developmental milestones
-Light child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, washing dishes, and baby laundry)
Our Ideal Candidate:
-Has prior experience caring for infants and young toddlers
-Is CPR and First Aid certified
-Has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
-Is outgoing, energetic, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children
-Is dependable, responsible, and comfortable taking initiative
-Is comfortable around dogs (we have two!)
-Is interested in a long-term position and becoming part of our family.
We are hoping to find someone who is not just a nanny, but a trusted and valued part of our family. Our current nanny is moving at the end of the year, and we want this to be a seamless transition.

We are super flexible as far as days/ times. We have a 6-week-old kitty so cat people please apply!! Needs will vary but essentially we would like someone to come in and check on kitty, feed and play when our schedules require us for longer days. During your drop in we would like an extra hand with tasks we haven't got to for the week ranging from light housekeeping, a load of laundry, some organization etc. you will never be expected to do a whole clean just tackle a few things off our list!
