Communicate daily updates on feedings, naps, diaper changes, and milestones. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, trustworthy, CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification), experienced with infants, and passionate about providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment.

We don’t watch tv or phones w baby- he loves playing outside, figuring things out and going to the library. I was a nanny for 10 years and understand the importance of a good fit. Baby is pretty laid back, he just started walking . Looking for someone experienced with young toddlers, CPR certified, willing to spend time outside with baby, read, play, sing and help sleep train for naps and help reinforce some sign language.

In reality, my husband and I are looking to find someone we truly trust that would become like family and be willing to go on vacations with us sometimes too and afford my husband and I a break. As well as, staying with the kids if we go on vacations sans kids(pay would be much higher for this)
