Hi! We live in East Franklin and are looking for someone to be a “morning mom” to our 2 sweet kids, Jackson (11) and Grace (8). My husband and I work together and are out of the house at 6 am. So, we're looking for someone who can come in M-F from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. You'll be there to encourage the kids each morning, make sure they’re dressed appropriately, get them breakfast and off to school. (They are both bus riders).

Our youngest will be 2 in September, and he’s the life of the party. He’s cuddly and loves to eat. We also have two sweet senior dogs at home.

What we need:

• Experience with sensory processing differences or special needs care is a big plus.
• Reliable, dependable, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
• Patient, attentive, and comfortable with close supervision.
• Reliable transportation + clean driving record.
• Calm under pressure, playful, and genuinely engaged.
• References.

Logistics:

• Start date: ASAP
• Schedule: Flexible. Looking for 3 days/week for 5 hours each day or 2 days/week for 8-9 hours each day.
