We are looking for a Nanny to take care of our 15 month old baby. His mom has been off work for over a year and we would like to transition into her going back to work. We would like to start out with somebody on a part-time (few hours a week) situation until the baby and us feel comfortable for mom to go back to work. At which point we would need A Nanny that might be able to watch him more hours during the week. You would come watch the child at our house.
