Pay: $30 per hour
About Us:
We’re a casual, down-to-earth household looking for someone who feels like a natural addition to our home. Our baby boy is a happy baby who loves to be held, played with and talked to. He has a sweet, easygoing temperament, and is excited to explore the world. Mom works from home two days a week (and is in Seattle the other three), and Dad works just a few minutes down the road.
Responsibilities:
• Infant care (feeding, naps, playtime)
• Following wake windows and supporting developmental milestones
• feeding baby solid foods
Requirements:
• Prior infant experience (required)
• CPR & First Aid certified (required)
• Strong understanding of infant care and age-appropriate play
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Strong references (must-have)
• Up to date on Tdap, MMR, COVID, and flu vaccines

We have two kids in elementary school (LWSD) and need help with getting them ready in the morning for school drop-off, and picking them up from school. All weekdays except Wednesdays they will need to be picked up from school and taken to their classes from 4:30 - 5:30. On Wednesdays, their school ends at 2:30, so they will need to be managed at home for 2 hours till their class. Other tasks include light house work like making or giving them a snack, keeping them engaged, or their laundry on occasion.

- Feeding: formula, solids (BLW)
- Infant care: diaper / clothes changes, naps
- Cleaning: baby bottles, dishes, clothes, chairs and tables, play mats, toys
- Tidying: keep nursery / play areas in tidy condition
- Take baby for walks or to near-by parks
- Regular communication with parents
Qualifications:
- Patient, compassionate, caring
- Great experience with babies of similar age (2+ prior experience)
- CPR/first aid certification
- Non-smoker
- Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID, FLU, TDAP)
- Clean background check
- Able to provide references from at least 2 prior experiences
