A family is seeking a very flexible, active, and engaging long-term nanny for two boys, ages 3 and 15 months. A third baby is due in February.
Pay: $27–$30/hour
Start: ASAP
Payroll: Legal pay through HomePay
Schedule: Variable weekdays, 2–4 days per week; no weekends
Mom is a nurse, so days and hours change weekly. The schedule is provided approximately one month in advance. 15 hours per week are guaranteed, but some weeks you'll work 12 hours, and some weeks up to 27 hours.
Significant weekday flexibility is required.
The ideal nanny enjoys outdoor play, creative activities, and keeping young children active and engaged.
Responsibilities include childcare, child-related cleanup, and occasional miscellaneous household tasks. Driving is not initially required.

Must be up to date on vaccinations.

We do have two cats in the home if there are allergy concerns.

ISO - Nanny in Maple Grove (near Boston Scientific) for 10 month old, 5 days a week, with flexibility for 4 days a week. We are flexible on a start date, since we currently have childcare. We have a dog, who loves humans, she’s energetic when she first greets people, and is really great with our child.
Our current childcare is at a center, but our child has Milk and Egg allergies (which we hope he grows out of), so by hiring a nanny we want to limit his exposure to these allergens.
