Also, likely one weekend a month we both will work. Will need to do pick up from school some days, drop off at activities like swim lessons sometimes. We have 2 dogs as well so need to be comfortable with pets. We need someone to start full time in January - and our current nanny would love to be around for the transition for our kiddos.
